I see where there is a 30 mile recommended limit per trip with the Spooky Tooth bikes is that really the really the case? I see pictures of someone touring pulling a trailer.

Hell I was planning on trying to get from Kansas to Colorado and I wanted to take the long way... I sure don't want to over exert the engine though

I am going to tell you this; you can run one of these endlessly. The reason for the "30 mile limit" is to say "don't run it wide open all day".

I have run for 50 miles non-stop with no problems.

If you want to ride extreme distances, I'd only suggest you take some basic tools just in case,(chain tension) and vary your speed, don't just run balls to the wall nonstop between fill-ups.

I made a 140mile trip from Tucson to Santa Ana Sonora Mexico. I only stopped a few times, but it was for me to rest not the bike. Like bikeguyjoe say's, just dont go all nut's.
