sparticus, I have not had that problem; but this site has not been working right for a while now. I have no ideal what's going on, sometimes the site is completely down but only for a few min. It is very slow as well. I believe it's the site and not your computer.

Hola Everyone:

I'd like to introduce myself. I'm PABlo and I'm here to address your questions and/or comments about this website.

We've recently gone through some rather important changes here at spookytoothcycles.com, and you may have noticed certain issues or problems with the website performance.

Along with success comes growth. Even as we happily respond to the needs of increased usage, there are "bumps" along the way, and these bumps are part of what you might have experienced, for example, if the site was down for a short while, or you see certain types of errors.

While it's certainly true that this might interfere with your interaction with our website, almost all of these types of problems are strictly temporary, and we work hard to make sure of that.

In our efforts to enable this website with new technology that helps us to serve you, we always want to keep your needs in mind.

This means that I'm here to personally assure that the website can continue to handle whatever the increased usage throws at us. I'm also here to take the "hands-on" approach with any specific issues that you encounter, and you can expect us to be very responsive at all times.

This forum is provided as one of several methods by which you can discuss those things that are important to you as a user of this website, and... more importantly, as a rider.

You can expect to see my responses to your posts here in this forum, as I answer questions that relate to the website itself. And together with Roland, Heather & the rest of the crew, I'd like to say:

Thanks for your patience and support!

Peace.
Out

Personally I have encountered only a few errors on my iMac and after some research via world wide web, I have concluded that the products produced by you guys are the best around. I would prefer slow growth that requires patience over diminished quality to serve the masses. You guys are doing a kickass job and I can't wait to visit the shop.

I have experienced some small errors from time to time but I just attributes it to the changes being made on the site. I have recently switched to Firefox and it is much much faster and far fewer errors than Internet Explorer could ever hope to have...I highly recommend using Firefox for all your browsing needs...

Thanks Pablo. You folks certainly have made awesome improvements both to the Spooky Tooth website and with the creation of the forums, provided a powerful tool for building community and excitement about your bikes. OUR bikes! I'm having a great time here and have confidence that little hiccups will quickly be smoothed out, leaving only a great place to talk about and share ideas and experiences of our riding.

Great work, and I'm sure it's appreciated by all of us.
