I have got to buy one of these things, but before I do, I need some information on what I have to do in ohio for it to be street legal. Does anyone have advice or info? Thanks

As I've read the law, to be legal in Ahia all you need is to have a valid ohio drivers license and operate within three feet of the right side of the road (white line).

A good rearview mirror is suggested, and in some places they may pull you over just for fun if you don't have one since moped are supposed to have them here.

You must obey all traffic laws as given by Ohio code- ie, don't ride it like ya' stole it!

I have well over 1000 miles of riding without so much as a blink from the sheriff or local "city" cops. Haven't run up against the State Patrol yet, but I do quite a bit of riding on state routes.
