Having issues with the motor chain popping out towards the spokes. Sprocket appears to be true and aligned. Looking for suggestions.

Well if the chain is poping off to the inside. The motor and spocket is not running true. Eather the sprockrt is bolted on to much to the inside. Or the chain tenchener is making the chain run to the inside. Or your frame is bent. And the motor is running out.

Eyeball or use a straight edge and see if the sprockets line up. It will be easy to tell what's going on after you have a look.

If the chain and sprockets are lined up properly, the chain won't come off. How tight is the chain? It should have about 3/4" freeplay.

Nope. Motor sprocket and Wheel sprocket are not lined up. Wheel sprocket is outside the motor sprocket by 1/4". Yes I am using a chain tensioner. Chain free play is about 1/2".

Not sure what to do to get the sprockets to line up.

You may have it on backwards....the "dish" should face the wheel. That is to say the indented side should face in.
