After some creativity I've got a throttle that works custom made from an old brake handle. Now I'm focused on getting the motor started. There's spark! Gas leaks from the carb like a waterfall. The motor doesn't go vroooom vroooom no matter how fast I pedel. Even racing downhill hasn't helped. I tried ether car started (it works on my lawn mower) to no avail. OK guys and gals I need to know the trick. Norm in VT

MY BAD! I installed the carb on it's side. By carefully inspecting pictures on this web site I realized the throttle cable was comming out of the TOP of the carb. Quick fix with a screwdrived and no more leak, vrooom, vrooom. What a blast. Norm
