how ya doing folks?

After looking from the outside into the moterized bike community for sometime, after being envolved with bikers, and scooter folks, and mopeders.. I've finnaly decided to take the plunge and have secured a donar bike in the form of a fairly modern Schwinn Jaguar five speed cruiser.
from what I've gleamed so far, It looks like I need to do some modding to the frame for the conversion, but that's alright.

plans for the bike include a a chrome and black paint job, a springer front end, wider seat and offset post.
of course a full lighting kit.. and if I get the druthers, a jackshaft shifting kit in order to use all the gears on the back wheel.
I want to get the bike low, keeping the cruiser look and avoiding all the chopped over the top stuff.
as for me persoanly? I'm 6'6" tall, 250lbs, and make beer for a living at a little regional brewery. my daily commute is about five miles.
