Simple...weed wackers, powered skateboards, ect. all have little tiny mufflers and small, plastic "intake covers" with a thin foam element. The motorized bike mufflers are slighly larger (remember we are talking about the volume of the muffle in comparison to the volume of the engine)for their given engine size.

You would have to make an airbox, and exhaust with more volume.

Make the airbox from heavy carboard or foam art board, or aluminum- anything you are handy with. It won't be pretty (at first) but you can refine and adjust as you go. The idea make a box to cover the intake. Right now, there is a thin foam element held to the carb by a little hard plastic cover with no real volume to it. Look at any modern motorcycle or ATV for ideas of the size (volume) of the air box.

The exhaust will be a little more difficult, but you could make an after muffler, or if you can fabricate, cut the exhaust at the can, and make a bigger diameter can. Aluminum and rivets would work fine here.

I just put one of these pipes on my motor bike.....It actually works
well with my tune setup....It puts the noise more to the back rather than
up front....I had to do some heating and bending to get it to fit correctly.
It runs good top, mid.,and bottom(with my setup)...Got it on ebay...

I just wanted to make a comment that's sort of on topic...On second thought, not so much...The manufactures of these kits refer to the long pipe posted above as the "poo poo pipe"...I don't know about you folks but anything with a name like that aint going on my Christmas list...I'm sure poo poo means something really cool in Chinese but someone should explain to them that in English it just means crap......okey I'm done, peace out
