We can only ship our electric bicycles within the USA at this time.  Shipping within the continental USA is $150 for one electric bicycle.  Shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico can be quoted by calling us directly or sending us an email with your postal code.  

Light assembly will be neccessary when the electric bicycle arrives.  Light assembly means installing the front wheel, pedals, seat and seat post, attaching the handlebar and neckstem, and charging the battery before riding. 

This electric bicycle is under warranty for 1 year with the Izip Company.  Please contact Izip at 1.877.284.2453 for warranty parts.
