It is kind of rare that we as citizens in this political society actually get to see that we are making an impact and changing the spaces we live in. This City Council video emphasizes a mood of local Tucsonans that was able to overcome one of the biggest obstacles to free mobility. Motorized bicycles may be smelly, noisy, and dangerous, but we all need A to B transportation. Motorized bicycles are a line of logic. Realize where we are with the licensing, cost of transportation, and sometimes insurmountable restrictions to mobility in our country. How many 'motorized' transportation devices do you think are actually allowed on the road without a license, insurance or registration? It should be our inalienable right as human beings to move freely without fear of arrest.
